 This is a space just for you.  A space to be in community with other Women of Color women who are working towards liberated wellness.


Developing the tools to live fully present in your life.  Learning tools to manage the stressors in our daily lives that can sometimes feel out of our control.

The Breathing Space has resources to help you:

  • Increase your awareness of your experience on a physical, emotional, and psychological level.

  • Set boundaries that protect your peace.

  • Develop concrete tools to reduce your stress response so you can remain grounded and connected. 

  • Access to yoga and mindfulness classes to manage anxiety and overwhelm. 

We don't heal in isolation.
