 This is a space just for you.  A space to be in community centering BIPOC Women who are working

towards liberated wellness.   A space to to live fully present in your life.  A place to learn tools to manage the stressors in our daily lives that can sometimes feel out of our control.

Rooted In Breath has resources to help you:

  • Increase your awareness of your experience on a physical, emotional, and psychological level.

  • Set boundaries that protect your peace.

  • Develop concrete tools to reduce your stress response so you can remain grounded and connected. 

  • Access to yoga and mindfulness classes to manage anxiety and overwhelm. 

We don't heal in isolation.
