OUT OF NETWORK COVERAGE
We do all of the billing with your insurance company. If you have an insurance provider that isn't listed above you may still be able to use your "Out of Network Coverage". Check with your insurance provider about this benefit and we will be able to provide receipts to send to your insurance company for reimbursement.
