Brainspotting
A body-based therapy that accesses deep healing through the nervous system. Brainspotting helps process trauma, performance blocks, and emotional overwhelm by working with where the body holds experience—often when talk therapy alone isn’t enough.

EMDR
powerful, evidence-based approach for healing trauma, anxiety, and stuck patterns. EMDR helps your brain reprocess distressing experiences so they no longer feel present-day or overwhelming—without requiring you to relive every detail.

Perinatal Mental Health & Parenting Support
Support for pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, identity shifts, parent burnout, and the emotional weight of caregiving. This work centers your nervous system, your lived experience, and the reality of parenting while healing—not perfection.

Nervous System Regulation & Somatic Healing
Trauma lives in the body. Through somatic practices and nervous system-informed therapy, we focus on restoring safety, resilience, and capacity—helping you move out of survival mode and into regulation, choice, and ease.

Healing In the Midst of Racial Trauma
