Join us for a 6-week online supportive therapy
group to explore the experiences of Black women.
Providing a safe space as we manage internal and external stressors including work, school, anxiety, relationships, increased visibility of racial violence and discrimination, impacts of covid-19, parenting, self- esteem, life transitions, and whole-body well-being.
We will engage in safe, trusting, honest, empowering, and open, embodied healing connections with others who want to do the same.
A space to exhale.
“Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again.” – Thich Nhat Hanh

If not currently being seen by an SRC clinician, participants must be screened prior to membership. This is to ensure the group is appropriate for you and you are a good fit for the group.
If the group has enough interest for a waitlist, waitlisted individuals will be notified when the group is offered again.
The intake screening is free of charge and will take 20-30 minutes and
held virtually on a secure platform.
For selected participants, the cost per weekly group session is $35. Participants may pay for sessions in two payments, or make one large payment.
