Group Therapy
Join us for a 6-week online supportive therapy
group to explore the experiences of Black women.

Providing a safe space as we manage internal and external stressors including work, school, anxiety, relationships, increased visibility of racial violence and discrimination, impacts of covid-19, parenting, self- esteem, life transitions, and whole-body well-being.

We will engage in safe, trusting, honest, empowering, and open, embodied healing connections with others who want to do the same.

A space to exhale.

“Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again.” – Thich Nhat Hanh
